Background & Rationale: In order to maintain appearance, aesthetics and safety of District property, it is necessary to conduct yearly repairs of concrete surfaces and curbing.
Downey Construction was approved as the Districts preferred vendor in Feb 2018 for concrete installation and repair. Estimated costs of repairs district wide are 53,000.00.
Budget to be Charged: Capital Expenditures
Motion: I move that the Board approve Downey Construction to perform concrete repairs district wide for a total repair price not to exceed $53,000,00.
