Background & Rationale
:
The Food Service Department requires additional freezer storage for food products necessary for the expansion of the food service program.
1. Bid specifications and request for the freezer bid will be placed on the Raytown Quality Schools procurement website.
2.Bids will be received.
3.Bids will be publicly opened.
4.A review of each bid will be conducted and the overall low cost vendor will be selected.
Budget to be Charged
:
Food Service budget for the approximate amount of $135,000.00 with a 10% contingency.
