Background & Rationale:
|
In May 2017, the district received bids for wireless access points through the eRate bidding process. Two bidders responded, on providing an alternate solution at a higher cost. CDWG provided the lowest bid at $305.80 per access point. After reductions, due to eRate per building expenditure caps, the district will purchase a total of 159 access points for a total expense of $48,622.20.
