Background & Rationale:
|
Next year, 6th and 7th grade students will not be taking their Chromebooks home. The middle schools will still be 1 to 1 for student devices. However, the 6th and 7th grade devices will be stored in computer carts each evening, instead of going home with students. To meet this need, 75 computer carts are needed.
The district released a request for bid and six (6) vendors responded. SHI returned the lowest bid at $27,525.
