Background & Rationale: Due to attrition within the maintenance department, and in order to maintain the appearance and aesthetics of District property, it is necessary to contract evening painting services to address paint issues District-wide.
Budget to be Charged: Facility Operations
Motion: I move the Board approve Blue Bear, Inc. as the painting contractor for the 2018-19 school year at the unit price of $146.00 with the option for a yearly renewal up to an additional 4 years.
