Background & Rationale: In order to maintain the appearance, asthetics, and safety of District property, it is necessary to conduct yearly repairs of concrete surfaces and curbing.
Budget to be Charged: Capital expenditures
Motion: I move the Board approve Downey Construction as the contractor for 2018-19 District-wide concrete repairs at the unit price of $936.70 with a total repair price not to exceed $50,000.00.
