:
In order to maintain and improve facilities the roof of the District Administration building located at 6608 Raytown Rd needs to be replaced due to multiple leaks.

I move that the Board of Education select Cornell Roofing and Sheet Metal Co to roof the District Administration building at a cost of $117,574.88 plus a 10 % contingency of $11,757.88, bringing the total potential cost to $129,332.37.
