Background & Rationale
:
On or about July 3rd a large portion of soffit separated from the building damaging the roof and structure of the building. Delta roofing provided emergency service by removing the damaged area and tarping to ensure no further damage.
Delta returned to cut out a section 4' by 40' long rebuilt the soffit, repaired the damaged bricks, tuckpointed ,installed new roofing and facia.
