Background & Rationale:
|
It has been 5 years since our last bid for security. Eleven firms were contacted. Four submitted bids. The attached is an estimate based on projected use for the the current school year. It does indicate a potentially higher cost by year's end. In the scoring rubric in Board policy for professional services, Homeland Security scored the highest. They have a capacity of 49 staff, worked within the Raytown District for 6 years, have no legal issues of record, and are located in Kansas City, MO.
