Background & Rationale: The Debutante Steering Committee has requested the use of the library at Robinson Elementary for the preparation and organization of the 2018 Debutante presentation. The facility has been requested from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on the following dates: Feb. 25, Mar 25, Apr 22, May 27, Jun 24, Jul 22, Aug 26, Sep 23, Oct 28, and Nov 11.
Budget to be Charged: The Debutante Steering Committee will be responsible for all costs incurred for facility usage.
