Background & Rationale
:
Raytown School District Transportation Department rolled out the new parent app called "Here Comes the Bus". The app will alert parents and students when the bus is approaching to help students be at the bus stop on time. We had over 650 accounts created in the first 2 days of use and some accounts are tracking multiple students. GPS units and School Bus Wifi help support this communication in an effort to make sure the 6,600 students that ride district buses are transported safely each day.
