Background & Rationale:
|
The buildings the District has recently accumulated (RSA and Three Trails) both are heated by gas-fired steam boiler units. These such units are very unique and temperamental systems that require close maintenance. As these units are capable of demanding more attention than our small department can provide, for safety reasons and to ensure preventative maintenance is done by qualified/certified personnel, it will be beneficial to contract out repairs and maintenance for these units.
