Background & Rationale
:
The RSECC facility will need to undergo some updates for it to be ready to host curriculum and instructional personnel. This includes painting the 3rd floor, adding approximately 7 door ways to existing rooms, removing 2 walls to open up a space, and electrical work. The project is in the early stages of development and exact costs are not known at this time. Due to the time frame of needing to have this facility ready for a move in July, approval for this project is needed as soon as possible. The District will follow Board policy on bidding out the work and return to the Board with exact cost once the project is complete.
