Background & Rationale:
|
After award of the bid for the Board Room and RSECC Large Conference Room Technology Upgrade, the District met with KCAV, the winning bidder, to refine the project.
The BOE meeting room was modified to include a projector and screen at the back of the room to allow for better viewing instead of the TV currently installed. In addition, some equipment was determined to be able to be reused in the new installation. After refinement, the final installation price decreased from $45,000 to $39,812.
