Background & Rationale:

The district's EMC server storage hardware is due for maintenance and support. A bid was released and Sirius returned the only bid at an annual cost of $97,232.97. The district went to market and obtained pricing directly from EMC and 2 other vendors (CDWG & Pomeroy) which was consistent with this bid. The district has selected to purchase maintenance and support through Sirius at an annual cost of $97,232.97.
