Background & Rationale:
|
To provide the Board of Education an update on Commencement planning for May 19, 2018 graduation. Raytown South High School will be held at 4:30pm and Raytown High School will be at 8:00pm. There will be reserved parking for Board of Education members (& state track families) in the southeast parking lot. Staff & Board members who arrive early should use the Events Center South Entrance. Dinner for Board member along with administrative staff (attending both ceremonies) will be ready starting at 5:30pm for between ceremonies.
