Background & Rationale
:
On or about Dec. 26 the boiler system catastrophically failed at the Instructional Services Center. As this system provides heat to approximately 90 percent of the building, replacement was necessary to allow the building to operate after winter break. Lippert Mechanical provided and installed a new energy efficeint boiler unit during the winter break.
