Background & Rationale: In preparing for phase 2 construction at Three Trails Pre-School, it is necessary to abate 100 percent of the space which will be occupied by District staff. Major Abatement, the District's prime vendor, using unit pricing approved by the Board in the April 10, 2017 Board meeting will complete this project at the cost of $26,609.00 ($23,609.00 plus an additional $3,000.00 for three added rooms).
Budget to be Charged: Lease purchase funds
Motion: I move the Board approve the expenditure of $26,609.00 for the abatement of asbestos containing materials for the Three Trails Pre-School phase 2 renovations.
