Background & Rationale:
It is recommended that Employee Screening Services (Tomo Drug Testing) be awared the bid for Random Student Drug Testing. This agreement can be reviewed and renewed for five years including the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 school years.
